AsylSyd, Tønder Municipality, wishes to use and store images, video, audio, and text featuring you. This concerns material containing *“identifiable persons”* and therefore constitutes the processing of personal data, which requires that we as an organisation comply with applicable data protection legislation. Video material may be categorised as ordinary personal data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

PURPOSE
The purpose is to use the material in connection with branding and marketing of AsylSyd, as well as in other relevant contexts, both internally and externally.

You will be informed if/when images or video are recorded, as well as the intended use, so that you have the opportunity to decline and step out of the camera’s view.

All information will be publicly available for an unlimited period on one or more of the following channels belonging to AsylSyd and Tønder Municipality: social media, website, intranet, annual brochures, and other printed materials.

Please note that consent may be withdrawn at any time (except for printed publications). We can remove content from our own platforms, but we have no influence over content that has been shared prior to withdrawal (including on social media).

By signing, you accept that we may use and store images of you in connection with the specific purpose and the above-mentioned channels.

Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is consent, cf. GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
Images are personal data and are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/697 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data) and applicable national legislation.

Withdrawal of your consent on digital platforms
You may withdraw your consent at any time. However, processing of your personal data carried out while the consent was valid will still be lawful. You may withdraw consent for the collection/disclosure of information pursuant to GDPR Article 7(3).

Withdrawal of your consent in printed publications
Publications/printed materials are materials distributed in physical form as well as published on asylsyd.dk. Once the material has been printed and distributed, you can no longer object and the consent cannot be withdrawn. You therefore cannot have your image removed from the printed publication itself.

Purpose of the processing
The information is collected solely for the purpose stated in the consent. The information will not be used for purposes other than those specified.

Duration of the processing
The materials will be deleted when there is no longer a basis for storing them. The retention period is primarily assessed based on whether the materials have fulfilled their purpose.

Your rights
You may at any time exercise the rights granted to you by law, including the right of access. These rights are exercised by contacting AsylSyd or the Data Protection Officer.
